Decorating your tree - create a neutral base. I like to change themes each year, depending on what my 3-year-old is into. I have a bunch of neutral decorations I use every year and then we add in color with the theme, this year our theme was A Nightmare Before Christmas!
Stick to a color combo. You want to make sure each room you decorate sticks to the color combo you are using on your tree. This will keep it clean and consistent looking.
Don’t forget the guest rooms. If you like to entertiain guest during the holidays like us, you want to be sure to add a little holiday touch in your guest rooms, like a holiday themed plant or a cozy blanket to spread the holiday cheer!
